The proposed Work includes full depth removal and reconstruction of PCC taxiway pavement along Taxilane C from Taxiway G to east of Taxiway J and from east of Taxiway P to west of Taxiway C5. Project also includes reconstructing connecting taxiways C6, C2, and C1. Replacement of asphalt shoulder, electrical infrastructure, and storm drainage infrastructure is also included. Installation of new artificial turf islands is also included.

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing professional services for the Contributed Capital Project Valuations for City of St. Louis – Water Division.

The proposed Work includes a total concrete pavement replacement as well as shoulders, curbs, signage, and pavement markings at Genaire Drive at St Louis Lambert International Airport.

Background: The existing water harvesting system (Wahaso) was installed between 2014- 2016. After the system was installed the pit/vault the control panels are located in flooded. Since that time the system has not operated. Repair attempts have been made with no success. The goal of this project is to replace the damaged components with a new system that can handle the high heat and moisture environment the system is located in. Work consists of: • Removal and replacement of existing water harvesting pumps, control panels and components with new pump station including water harvesting pump, control panel and associated system components as outlined in drawing and specifications. Basis of design in Watertronics pump station. An equivalent design will be evaluated for acceptance by National Park Service and Great Rivers Greenway. • Inspect all electrical connections, control panels, and electrical wiring to ensure that all is up to code and no damage is present. Remove all unused wires and panels. • Install a second sump pump with a battery backup system.

This project is the installation of boilers at UMSL's Woods Hall. Boilers have already been purchased and delivered to the Owner. This scope of work includes installation of the boilers.

Tarlton Corporation invites you to submit a bid proposal on the Cortex One 1FL Primary Care Clinic Tenant Fit Out project located at 4320 Forest Park Ave., St. Louis MO 63108 for the Washington University School of Medicine. Project scope includes but is not limited to the demolition of existing partitions, finishes, and MEPFP per drawing to accommodate the new construction of a thirty-four room primary care clinic with fifteen individual offices, two open office areas, laboratory, four toilets, reception desk, waiting room, and support space. Project includes all new finishes; new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing including underground work; and reconfiguration of existing and additional fire sprinklers.
