The Bid Date and RFI Cutoff for Work Category 23 has not been changed.

The RFI Cutoff for Work Categories 24, 25, and 26 has been extended to August 6, 2024, due by 5:00 pm CST.

McCarthy requests Bid Proposals for the construction of SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital, Bid Package 04A.

Bid Proposals for the following Work Categories, WC 23A - Rebar, WC 24 - Steel Stairs & Misc Embeds, WC 25 - Exterior Stone/Site Masonry/Int Masonry, WC 26 - Dock Equipment will be received by McCarthy via email only, until 1:00 PM CST, Thursday, August 1, 2024.

Bid Proposals will be opened privately by SSM and McCarthy.

An Outreach and Pre-Bid meeting will be held to further explain the project and requirements of this RFP and to answer any questions at 1:00 PM on July 17, 2024 at McCarthy’s Office, 12851 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO 63131 – Build U Conference Room.

Pre-Bid RFI’s will be due at 5:00 PM on July 25, 2024 for all Work Categories
