RFQ - On-Call Architectural & Engineering Services, St. Louis, Missouri

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service (“BPS”), is seeking Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from firms interested in providing on-call architectural and engineering (A/E) design and consulting services to the Board of Public Service for the new task-order contract for various projects within the City of St. Louis.

The purpose of the project is to assist the BPS Department of the President with the expertise required for cost-effective maintenance and repairs of the City-owned building facilities. Those include approximately 160 buildings such as 9 City Recreation Centers, 30 Fire Houses, St. Louis Police Department facilities, Courthouses, miscellaneous structures in City Parks, including several major regional landmarks like Forest Park, Eads Bridge, the Gateway Transportation Center, the Soldiers Memorial Military Museum, and St. Louis City Hall.
