PARIC Corporation is requesting bids to make subcontract awards for the new project at St. Louis Community College Florissant Valley Campus for all scopes of work required by the documents.

This project consists of interior renovations to the existing campus Student Center, which includes an elevator upgrade, installation of a new interior stair core, office and student support space buildouts, kitchen renovations, restroom renovations, and a new student dining and cafe.

This project also includes interior renovations to the Administration & Instructional Support Buildings (current Business, Engineering & Training Building), which consists of the buildout of a new library and office and classroom renovations.

The sitework on this project includes the demolition of four (4) existing building and associated earthwork and landscaping.

SALES TAX: Project is SALES Tax exempt.

WAGES: This project is prevailing wage. All wages paid for work performed on site must comply with the Missouri Division of Labor Standards Annual Wage Order Number 31 for St. Louis County, Missouri.

DIVERSITY: The College has the proposed minority goals of MBE 15% and WBE 12%.

DEADLINES:

- At the time of this invite, there is no PreBid Meeting / Site Walk set up for subcontractors. If that changes, we will update this bid invite to include the relevant information.

- Questions / RFIs are due to PARIC by Monday, September 23, 2024 (9/23/2024)

- BIDS WILL BE DUE TO PARIC ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2024 (9/30/2024) BY 12 PM NOON

PRICING BREAKDOWN: Subcontractors are required to include breakouts in their proposal per the project Bid Form for the following areas:

SCHEDULE:

- Anticipated "Notice to Proceed" (NTP) no later than November 7, 2024 (11/7/24)

- Food Service Equipment Submissions = 45 Calendar Days from NTP

- Student Center Kitchen Renovation start & completion by = 1/13/2025 thru 3/14/2025

- Student Center Remaining Building Renovation start & completion by = 2/18/2025 thru 10/6/2025

- Admin. & Inst. Support Northeast Wing Renovation start & completion by = 1/27/2025 thru 3/4/2025

- Admin. & Inst. Support Northwest Wing Renovation start & completion by = 3/14/2025 thru 5/22/2025

- Admin. & Inst. Support Library and Remaining 1st and 2nd Floor Reno. start & completion by = 6/13/2025 thru 10/30/2025

- Building Demolition and Site Work start & completion by = 2/24/2026 thru 8/10/2026
