PARIC Corporation (GC) is requesting bids for the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center St Louis (AMICSTL) on the Ranken Technical College Campus.
The project consists of the construction of two new buildings connected by a bridge over Finney Avenue. Pricing is required to be provided for each building based on the descriptions on sheet G1.01 and the bid form in the RFP document.
Bids are being requested for all trades.
Proposals are due on January 30th at 12:00pm cst. We request that you send in your scope clarification with inclusions and exclusions by January 29th at 10:00am cst.

Diversity requirements for this project will comply with business and workforce participation as mandated under the St. Louis City Ordinance No. 70767 and 71094.
Under these Ordinances you are required to ensure MBE/WBE and workforce participation compliance and maintain good faith effort requirements of both Ordinance 70767 and 71094 while constructing the Project through the following requirements:
Prime General Contractors shall comply with provisions of Ordinance No. 70767, which require construction project Enterprise Goals:
21% for African American-owned business enterprises,
2% for Hispanic American-owned business enterprises,
5% for Asian American-owned business enterprises,
5% for Native American-owned business enterprises and
11% for Women-owned business enterprises.
Prime General Contractors shall comply with provisions of Ordinance No. 71094, which require compliance with: (1) workforce development, diversity and inclusion initiatives including pre-apprenticeship programs, and (2) prevailing wage requirements on all incentive’s projects. The required construction Workforce Goals:
25% for Minority
20% for Apprentice
