Caruthersville Area Arts Council Hazardous Material Removal Package

The purpose of this project is to ready the building for renovation and the Caruthersville Area Arts Council wants to have the asbestos abated prior to the renovation commencement. The renovation work will be completed under a separate contract. An Asbestos-Containing Materials and Lead-Based Paint Survey was completed for the project for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources- BVCP and is provided as part of the bid documents.
