A pre-Bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on May 2nd, 2025, at the City of Warrenton City Hall, (636) 456-3535, 200 West Booneslick Rd., Warrenton, MO 63383.
Questions can be submitted to Jeff Huck with Gonzalez Companies, LLC via email at jhuck@gocos.net. Questions received after 4 P.M. on May 5th, 2025 will be rejected.
Project is split into 4 separate contracts:
1. Wellhouse and Site Contract
2. Water Storage Tank Contract
3. Deep Well Contract
4. Water Main Contract
One set of plans will be provided that apply to all 4 contracts. Specs will be split into 4 separate files for each contract.
