The installation of chicane islands, choker islands, median islands, traffic circle, speed humps, and other incidental items necessary to complete the above in a workmanlike manner on streets in the Castle Point subdivision (within St. Louis County).

This work consists of extending the Deer Creek Greenway to Big Bend Blvd. and a new park at the intersection of Oxford Blvd. and Big Bend Blvd., including a loop trail, playground, seating area, and skateable features

52 unit, 3 story wood frame affordable housing apartment building. Total square footage is 43,437. The site is roughly 1.3 acres

Removal and replacement of deteriorated and/or damaged pavement, removal and replacement of channelization islands, removal and replacement of traffic signal equipment, modification of storm drainage systems, removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps, pavement surfacing and texturing, superpave asphaltic concrete overlay, and other incidental items on Woodson Road from Brown Road to Kempland Place within St. Louis County and other incidental items in a worklike manner.

The removal and replacement of Portland cement concrete pavement including mountable and/or vertical curb (full street replacement), paved approaches, and sidewalks; crack sealing; ADA ramps and truncated domes; sodding; and other incidental items at 2 sites within St. Louis County.

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, site work, concrete foundations, metal fabrications, carpentry, thermal/moisture protection, roofing, siding, masonry, windows, MEPS, elevator, finishes, specialties, paving, concrete, and landscaping.

The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service (“BPS”) seeks proposals for Disaster Debris Removal Services to support the management, removal, and lawful disposal of construction and demolition debris (C&D) resulting from a recent tornado event. This effort focuses on restoring the impacted neighborhoods within the City of St. Louis.
