The installation of drainage improvements within St. Louis County and other incidental items necessary to complete the above in a workmanlike manner.

St. Louis County is soliciting bids to make improvements to existing ADA (The Americans with Disabilities Act) parking stalls at Queeny Park.

Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) is seeking qualified demolition contractors to completely dismantle or demolish any and all structures, foundations, footings, existing buildings on the site and remove all material and debris therefrom. Some trees will be marked for removal as well. Any salvageable material found at the time of bid award shall be and become the property of the Contractor. Contractors are instructed to identify all items of value and locate suitable buyers for those items. Revenue from the sale or use of salvageable items shall be considered in the bid to reduce the cost of the demolition contract to GRG.

St. Louis County is soliciting bids to construct a small addition to the County South Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) facility – Shed Roof Addition (“Project”).

St. Louis Community College Florissant Valley Campus - Renovations to the existing Student Center - Renovations to the existing Administration & Instructional Support Building - Site Improvements including the demolition of four (4) existing buildings and associated site work and landscaping.
